Velvet mat top is a gel top mat with a velvet effect. It has no dispersion layer. It is applied in a thin layer and polymerizes for 1:30 minutes. It is recommended to apply it over surfaces with a dispersion layer or if they do not have a dispersion layer to be lightly matted with the buffer, otherwise you risk chipping the surface.
