Shipping policy

At The Nail Master Shop, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely so your products arrive safely and in good condition.

Order Processing


Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day after full payment has been received.

All orders placed and fully paid before 12:00pm will be dispatched on the same working day.

Please note that we do not dispatch parcels on weekends, legal holidays, bank holidays, or outside courier working hours.

In some cases, order processing may be delayed due to limited staffing. If this happens, you will be notified by email.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping Methods


All parcels are shipped using Royal Mail or another courier service such as Parcelforce, DPD, UPS, DHL or similar.

Orders are sent using tracked services and may or may not require a signature on delivery.

Most parcels are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 services. Larger or heavier parcels may be sent using another courier service.

Shipping Rates


Shipping charges are as follows:
• Orders up to £150: £6
• Orders over £150: free shipping

All prices include VAT where applicable.

Separate Orders


We recommend placing all items in one order where possible. We are unable to combine separate orders placed individually, so shipping charges will apply to each order separately.

Delivery Times


Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier and delivery location. During periods of disruption, including courier delays or strikes, delivery may take up to 14 working days.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Items


All parcels are checked twice before dispatch to help ensure that the correct items are sent in good condition.

However, if you receive a parcel with missing items, incorrect items, or items that appear damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel by email at office@thenailmastershop.com.

This allows us to review the matter promptly, including checking our packing records and security cameras where necessary.

Please note that we may require photo evidence of incorrect or damaged items before we can review and process your claim.

Lost Parcels


A parcel can only be considered lost after 14 working days have passed from the date it was handed to the courier.

Until the courier confirms that the parcel is lost, we are unable to issue a refund, send a replacement, or dispatch a new order.

If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit and has not arrived within 14 working days from dispatch, we will open a claim with the courier on your behalf. Please note that this 14 working day period is the minimum timeframe required by Royal Mail before a claim can be submitted and cannot be shortened.

Once the courier has completed its investigation and issued a final decision, we will arrange either a replacement parcel or a refund, as appropriate.

Parcels Marked as Delivered


Claims for parcels that show as delivered and include tracking confirmation or proof of delivery will not be accepted as lost parcel claims.

This includes parcels left at the door, in a garden, shed, porch, or any other location considered by the courier to be a safe place.

We are not responsible where:
• the customer does not have a secure safe place available for delivery
• the property is located on a busy street without a secure parcel box or safe delivery option
• the customer lives in a block of flats or shared building where parcels may be left in a communal or reception area and are then taken by someone else

If your parcel is marked as delivered and proof of delivery is available, we can provide you with the relevant delivery information so that you may raise the matter directly with the courier if needed.

We do not take responsibility for submitting claims on behalf of customers where there is clear proof of delivery.

Out of Stock Items


If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Delivery Address


Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly and in full at checkout.

We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details entered by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete:
• the original shipping charge will not be refunded
• we can resend the parcel once the correct address is provided and any new shipping cost has been paid
• where appropriate, we may refund the order once the parcel has been returned to us

If a parcel is delivered to the wrong address because of an error made when placing the order, we are unable to refund the parcel or the delivery charge.

Misstyped Postcodes


If an incorrect postcode is entered and this results in the wrong shipping charge being applied, we reserve the right to place the order on hold until the correct delivery charge has been paid.

If a parcel is shipped using an incorrect postcode or address details provided by the customer, we are not responsible for any resulting delay, loss, or misdelivery, and we do not offer a refund for the goods or the delivery charge.

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at office@thenailmastershop.com. We monitor emails until 11:00am on working days and will do our best to assist you in time before the order is processed or dispatched.

PayPal Orders


If you pay by PayPal, the delivery address on your order must match the address registered and approved with PayPal. We will only ship to the PayPal-approved address.

Refused or Unaccepted Deliveries

If an order is shipped and then refused, ignored, or not accepted by the customer, any transport or return costs incurred will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions


We currently ship to England, Wales, Scotland mainland and Northern Ireland only.

Deliveries to Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other remote areas may be unavailable or may require additional shipping charges.

We do not currently ship outside these areas through the standard checkout.
