Because Lunar Glow crystals have a satin matte finish, they stand out spectacularly when applied to a high-gloss surface (such as a High-Gloss Top Coat).

Maximum attention to sealing: Use a liner brush and apply top coat or STRICT setting gel to the base of the crystal. Do not touch the satin surface! Any trace of product on top will cancel the matte-opalescent effect, turning the crystal into a banal one.
