Non-acidic adhesion mediator to be applied after using the Sanitizer Hand and before applying the Biotin Base or Rubber Base gels. Suitable for normal nails, without particular problems. It dries in the air for 10/20 seconds and leaves an adhesive layer that guarantees perfect durability of the next product.
