Nartist Neon Base Lime 12ml

 Medium-thick viscosity. Apply after nail prep and primer. 
It is recommended to apply a thin layer of clear base as the colour bases have pigments inside that can colour the nail plate in time. 

apply in medium layer to create the apex. Cure 1 minute in uv lamp minimum 48W. Cover with top coat
