Macks Velvet Touch Matte Top Coat

Velvet Touch is rubber and velvety. It is recommended to apply on dark colors in order to have a more velvety effect and a matte appearance, but they can be applied without problems and on lighter colors. It is pleasant to the touch, it cures for 60 seconds in a UV-LED lamp
