(acrylgel). It features two essential heads: a flat metal spatula for sectioning and
dosing the material, and a premium synthetic hair brush (size No. 8, “cat’s tongue” shape) for precision modeling of architecture.
Because modeling solutions (cleaner/slip solution) aggressively dehydrate the hairs,
this brush comes with a strict maintenance protocol: it requires mandatory rehydration with a flexible base (Rubber Base) or a Top Coat before putting the cap on and storing it.
Constantly changing tools: Using an orange stick or a separate spatula
slows down the pace of work. With both ends on the same handle, the technician simply rotates the tool: cuts and places the material with one end, then instantly shapes it with the other. Rough, split, and quickly destroyed polygel brushes: This is the biggest nightmare when working with acrylic gel. Taping solutions (cleaner or alcohol) evaporate the moisture from the synthetic fibers, leaving them dry and stiff. How to Use and Rehydration Protocol (Critical Step)
How you care for this brush makes the difference between a tool that lasts a month and one that lasts for years:
Dispensing: Use the spatula end to cut a bubble of polygel and place it on the nail
or in the smart form tip.
Shaping: Wet the brush end in the modeling solution (cleaner / slip solution) and
lightly pat the material to create architecture.
Cleaning: At the end of the work, wipe the brush well with a dry tissue to remove
visible residues of polygel and cleaner.
Rehydration (Golden Rule): Since the taping with cleaner has dried the bristles, you need to restore their
flexibility! Apply a small drop of Rubber Base or transparent Top Coat on a palette
and gently pass the brush through it. The bristles will absorb the gel, rehydrating and becoming smooth again.
Storage: After rehydration, smooth the bristles between your fingers (on a tissue) to restore
the perfect "cat's tongue" shape, put the cap on and store it in a place protected from
UV light.
Tech Tip for Professionals:
When you resume work the next day, your brush will be perfectly hydrated from the base/top
that was previously applied. Simply wipe it with a dry cloth, moisten it in a little cleaner
to start your new manicure, and you will notice that the wires slide perfectly over the material,
without it sticking to them anymore!
