Polygel (Acrygel) HEMA & TPO Free – Acrylic Strength and Gel Structure
Polygel is a revolutionary hybrid product that combines the extreme hardness of acrylic with the maneuverability and structure of gel. With a very high viscosity and low flexibility, this material does not flow at all, giving the technician unlimited time for a perfect
modeling. It is extremely strong and shock-resistant, being ideal both for
extensions (short or extreme lengths) and for complex
architecture corrections.
The safe formula, 100% HEMA & TPO Free, ensures increased comfort with a very slight release of heat upon polymerization.
The gel that flows into the cuticles (Beginners' Stress): Unlike fluid gels,
polygel stays completely still on the nail. The technician is not obliged to hurry and
can model the perfect shape before inserting his hand into the lamp.
Broken, brittle or missing nails: Its strong structure, with low flexibility
(rigid), acts as a protective shield. It is the ultimate material for reconstructing missing
corners without necessarily using a full template.
Nails that grow down (Descending Architecture): Due to its dense consistency, it is
the ideal product for making corrections in the maintenance technique (tip loading/lifting technique), returning the nail to a perfectly straight shape.
Toxic smell of acrylic: It offers the strength of traditional acrylic, but completely eliminates
the need for the monomer with a strong and irritating smell, using instead a special modeling solution (Slip Solution) without toxic odor.

How to Use (Tapping Technique)
Since polygel is a dense material, it requires a strict adhesion and modeling protocol:
Adhesion (Critical Step): Matt and dust the nail. Apply the preparation solutions: Nail Prep and Bonder. After air drying, apply a very thin layer of adhesion base (Liquid Base). Polymerize completely.
Caution: Applying polygel directly to the nail, without the adhesion base, will lead to a certain lifting.
Material Dosage: Use a metal spatula to cut a bubble of polygel from the tube/jar and place it on the nail or in the Smart Form tip.
Modeling (Tapping): Dip a special brush in the modeling solution (Slip Solution).
This solution prevents the product from sticking to the brush.
Model the polygel by gently pressing and tapping movements, guiding it to the desired shape.
Polymerization: Insert your hand into the lamp to harden the material.
Finishing: Degrease and file the final shape.
Tech Tip for Professionals (Slip Solution Control):
The secret to a durable polygel is managing the amount of liquid. If the brush is too
dry, the polygel will stick to it. If the brush is too soaked in Slip Solution, the excess liquid
will flood the cuticle and dilute the edges of the material, causing premature lifting.
After wetting the brush in the solution, always drain the excess onto a dry tissue
before touching the nail!

using Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate as a safe and effective alternative for
photoinitiation of polymerization.

Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, Silica. May Contain: CI 45380, CI 15850, CI 77491, CI 15985.
